You can access many services without having to visit the surgery.  We offer the following online services:

• Book and cancel appointments using the NHS app
• Order repeat prescriptions using the NHS app
• Contact us about a non-urgent query usingPatchs
• Join the Practice by completing our online form
• Update your contact details online by using Patchs
• View your medical records using the NHS app
• Ordering a repeat Fit Note using Patchs

If you need any help to set up the NHS App or a Patchs account please come into the Practice after 11 am and a member of staff will help you

Proxy access allows you to set up your own account to access information and services on behalf of someone you care for.  This could be for a child or an adult.  You will be granted a certain level of access depending on needs and what has been agreed.  To request proxy access please contact us online using Patchs.  We will review your request and let you know when access has been granted.
